The burner has ornated wings with leaves and initals HS the knob says non plus ultra Brenner it has two pull chains it's really very intriguing. I found both lamps in a local antique shop that receives estate donations.

I have two lamps exactly the same. Both lamps have been rewired and work great. Measurements: Height close to 37in to finial. Blue Glass Lamp is 11in. From burner to Bottom Stand 22.

The lamp measures 18in around the bottom base blue section the top section measures 15.5 around the glass itself is 11.5 the 18 in around it's the blue section around the VO motif section. Both lamps are working I have posted them lighted on some of the pics. Also the pole or rod can be adjusted to make it shorter or 36in with the center screw in the middle of the double sockets.
