Antique 1920's Bigelow & Kennard Cast Iron Art Nouveau Slag Glass Table Lamp
Here is a recent estate find. This is a Rare Antique Working Signed "Bigelow & Kennard" Slag Glass Art Nouveau Electric Table Lamp, made in the USA, during the early 1920's by the Bigelow & Kennard Company Boston Mass USA. The Base is a Fancy Ornate Gold Gilded Cast Iron Base, with a Nice Patina and 3 1/2 Shade Fitter Diameter. It is Signed Underneath "BK", as pictured, for Bigelow & Kennard.
The Domed Gold Gilded Cast Metal Mushroom Style Slag Glass Shade has Eight Caramel Slag Glass Curved Panels, with Fancy Decorative Victorian Overlay at The Top and in the Corners. 22 1/4 Tall to the Top Of The Finial. The Shade has a 19 1/4 Base Diameter, with a Height of approx.
The Shade is in Great Condition with the Original Finish, and is the Correct Original Shade for the Lamp. There are Two Sockets with Pull Chain Switches, Which are Working Correctly. The Glass is in Excellent Condition with No Cracks or Damage, Looks Great!!!
