I rated this item only 4 stars because before, during and after I placed my order, I asked a question: Are the described light bulbs included with the lamp? I never received an answer and I just received the lamp today without included light bulbs!

My issue is strictly a lack of communication concern on your part; Not just non receipt of necessary light bulbs without which, The lamp cannot function... Now leaving me in the dark! Have a beautiful lamp that I would have been able to enjoy immediately... I don't think you practice good customer service or good business practice and I will think twice before shopping at Overstock again!

This looks just like it does here on the website. With ten, 10 watt bulbs it is a reasonably good reading light. If I were to change one thing, it would be a few inches taller for that purpose though.
